Myprotein Impact Whey Taste
Over the past 5 years, I’ve tried over 15 different Myprotein Impact Whey protein powder flavours, and I can say with confidence that most Impact Whey protein flavours taste good.
The taste is good with both water and milk. Although it is more delicious with milk.
My favourite flavours are:
- Natural Chocolate (my most favourite flavour)
- Salted Caramel
- Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Chocolate Caramel
But there are some flavours that I didn’t like as much, for example, Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel.
I have also reviewed various Myprotein Impact Whey flavours individually where I taste them with water and milk as well as discuss other aspects:
Of course, this is a subjective topic, and what tastes good to me may not taste as good to you. So, I would recommend that you try out samples of the Myprotein Impact Whey protein powder or a full Sample Pack (available in some countries), to find out which flavours you like best.
Mixability of the Myprotein Impact Whey Protein
I have never had real issues with the mixability of Myprotein Impact Whey protein powder. It mixes quite well with water or milk, and there’s very little (if any) clumping.
Although, I noticed that some flavours mix better than others.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you don’t shake/mix it well enough, you will get a few small lumps of protein powder. So, make sure to shake/mix it well with a shaker or blender.
Myprotein Impact Whey Effectiveness and Benefits
This is a good all-around protein powder that is a good option for most people, including beginners and advanced gym-goers.
Myprotein Impact Whey provides a good source of protein, and it also contains all the essential amino acids that your body needs for muscle growth and recovery. In addition, this protein powder is very low in carbs and fat.
One of the main benefits of this protein powder is that it is very affordable, especially if you take advantage of the many discounts that are always available.
Another benefit of this protein powder is that it comes in a wide variety of flavours, so you can always find one that you like.
Lastly, this protein powder mixes quite well and is very easy to digest (of course, this can vary from person to person).
What Are People Saying About Myprotein Impact Whey?
Now, let’s take a look at what people are saying about the product on the official website.
I’ve read through the latest reviews and the most liked reviews (both the US and the UK websites) and the vast majority of people seem to be happy with this protein powder.
On average, people rate it around 4.5 – 4.6 out of 5.
Great taste is what people like the most about this protein powder when making the shake with water. With milk, the taste is even better according to most people. One disadvantage I very much agree with is the resealable container which doesn’t reseal that well. In particular, those smaller bags (250 g – 1 kg).
Most customers that have tried the protein supplement stand by the nice flavours available.
And for those that have never ordered a protein powder before flavours such as Chocolate and Vanilla are a good start to get a feel for the product before trying some of the more unique flavours.
A lot of customers appreciate the price point at which Myprotein has their products set. Especially when taking into account the protein-to-calorie ratio, or how many grams of protein you get per dollar amount.
Some also mention that flavours can be hit and miss. So the safest option is to order a few flavours to start with, find the ones you like and then stock up on those.
People like using protein powder when combining it with other foods such as oats, yoghurt, milk, use it for baking, etc.
When looking at the main reasons why some people disliked the product, the main issues are related to the taste of some particular flavours. It really seems like it is just a personal preference thing as there are some people that love the same flavours that others hate.
Another minor complaint, which I also stand by, is the size of the scoop that comes with the protein powder. When you take a full scoop of protein powder and weigh it using a digital scale, it’s usually more than what is written on the package regarding the recommended serving size (25 g).
So, just like written in this customer review above, I recommend using a digital scale to be more precise. If you’re counting calories, this might be deceptive and could add up calories over time without you knowing about it.
My Personal Experience With Myprotein Impact Whey Protein
I’ve been using Myprotein Impact Whey protein powder for over five years now, and I absolutely love it.
It’s by far my favourite protein powder on the market, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, affordable protein powder.
I first started using Myprotein Impact Whey protein powder when I was trying to lose fat for the first time. I used it for making a variety of high-protein, low-calorie recipes such as protein pancakes, protein ice cream, protein shakes, etc.
These days, I continue using it every day, either in my smoothies, oatmeal, protein ice cream, or making a simple shake with water or milk.
From time to time I like to experiment with new flavours, but I always come back to the Natural Chocolate flavour because, in my opinion, it tastes great.
If you’re looking for a high-quality protein powder that is affordable, I highly recommend Myprotein Impact Whey protein. It has never let me down, and I’m sure it won’t let you down either.
I have also tried other Myprotein supplements including their pre-workout – you can check out Myprotein THE Pre-Workout+ review here.
Where to Buy Myprotein Impact Whey Protein?
You can buy Myprotein Impact Whey protein powder from the Myprotein website.
I don’t recommend you buy it from anywhere else because you’ll likely pay more than you need to.
Before buying my advice is to always check for a Myprotein discount/voucher code because you can often get starting from 30% and up to 50% (or more) off your order.
