Hi, I am Germans.
I am a student, writer, fitness enthusiast, and the guy behind GFitness Online.
I have done quite a bit of sports – played football (soccer) for about 6 years, ice hockey for 4 years. However, for the last 3 years, I have been doing resistance type of training. I started with calisthenics and worked out with my body weight for about a year, then I switched to weight lifting only.
From the first day I stepped into the gym I fell in love with the sport, and was eager to learn more about it. Therefore, I started doing research about resistance training and nutrition, testing every new thing I learned to see what works best. I made mistakes, grew from them, found out what works best and what does not.
At this point, I am knowledgeable about the most optimal ways of losing fat, building muscle and improving overall health. Thereby, I want to help others starting their fitness journey to avoid the most common fitness mistakes and reach their fitness goals in the best way possible.
